The log comes first.

The cat is the fun part. Underneath it is a tracker built for the 90 seconds between sets: big inputs, your last session in view, and nothing in the way.

CataLift's Active Workout screen: Barbell Row sets with weight, reps and estimated 1RM, a rest timer counting down, and Add Set and Copy Last Set buttons.

Built for the set you're on.

Everything you need between sets is one tap away, and nothing else is.

Every detail of a set
Weight, reps and RPE, plus tempo, pauses, grip, stance, incline, bar type, bands and chains. Supersets, drop sets and warm-ups that stay out of your volume.
Last time, right there
Your previous session sits above the set you're typing. Tap it to see every set, your volume and your top weight.
A keypad for sweaty thumbs
Big keys, BW for bodyweight, and an arrow that jumps from weight to reps to RPE without closing.
Copy Last Set
Doing the same again? One tap copies the weight and reps into a new set.
Suggested weightsNew
On program days the weight box can show a grey suggestion from your 1RM, the program's % of 1RM, or its reps and RPE. Off by default, in Settings → Workout Settings.
Plate math
Type a weight and see exactly what goes on each side, with the bar you're using and the plates you own.
About 1,100 exercises
Search knows OHP is overhead press and a pec deck is a chest fly machine. Rename anything for yourself.
Bench taken?
Find Alternative lists similar exercises ranked by how close they are, and Swap changes the exercise while keeping your sets.
PRs by rep range
A trophy shows in the set row the moment you beat your best for that rep range, and the summary puts it next to your previous best.
Nothing gets lost
Workouts save as you go. Discard one by accident and its logged sets stay in Recover workouts for 30 days.
An iPhone lock screen showing CataLift's rest timer for Barbell Row at 0:37, with minus 15, pause and plus 15 second buttons.

A rest timer that starts itself.

Log your reps and the countdown begins. It goes from red to orange to green, so a glance tells you if you're ready.

  • Starts after every logged set; 90 seconds unless you change it. Rest between exercises is tracked too.
  • Log sets and control the timer from the lock screen and the Dynamic Island on iPhone, or the notification on Android. New
  • −15s, pause and +15s, right on the exercise card.
  • Home and lock screen widgets: this week's workouts against your goal, and your next program day.

Basement gym? Fine.

CataLift works offline. You don't have to think about your signal.

  • Log, edit and delete workouts with no connection.
  • Your history, Progress and programs are all there.
  • Everything syncs when you're back online.
  • Friends, guilds, Messages, sharing and imports wait for a connection.
