Train with your people.
Team up in a guild against a weekly raid boss, settle things with a challenge, or just steal your friend's push day.
A guild and a raid boss every week.
Start a guild with friends and take on a weekly raid boss together. Each member's share is based on their own usual week, so a two-day lifter helps as much as a six-day one.
Try a raid week
Pick how many days you usually train, then tap the days of the week: once for a workout, twice for a rest day. Watch your share and the boss.

A sample guild of four with the raid's real rules. Raids run Monday to Sunday and settle on Monday.
- 2 to 12 cats
- One guild each. Invite friends or share the guild's code or link.
- Everyone can help
- The boss has 100 HP for each member. Your workouts fill your share, sized to your usual week, and rest days count too.
- Cheers, not chat
- No group chat to keep up with. Send a Paw, a Flame or a Flex once a day, and pick a motto like "Every paw counts."
- A banner to grow
- Build your guild's banner from shapes, colours, emblems and trims. More unlock as your hall levels up, and it never levels down.
- Away for a bit?
- Set yourself as away for a week or two. You're left out of the raid and nobody is told why.
- Private by design
- Guild members see your name, your cat and your weekly raid share. They never see your workouts.
- Seasons
- A 20-step season track runs alongside, with an item every two steps and a title at the end. Everything you earn is yours to keep.
Challenges for every kind of rivalry.
Pick what counts, pick how long, and send the link.

Leaderboards, if you want them.
You're not on any board until you join, and you can leave any time.
- Effort boards
- Workouts this week, sets this week, weekly goal streak and level. Effort beats genetics.
- Strength boards
- Squat, bench, deadlift and overhead press, men and women, ranked by DOTS so bodyweight is taken into account.
- Every week
- Boards reset every Monday and update about every 15 minutes. See everyone or just your friends.
- Never your workouts
- Boards show your rank, never your workouts or your exact weights, and your bodyweight is never shown as a number.
